Stevland Hardaway Morris, also known as Stevie Wonder, is a singer, songwriter, and music producer. Stevie Wonder has been blind since his birth, but was quickly recognized as a gifted child. At the age of 11, he was signed to Motown Records. In 1963, his song “fingertips” was a number one hit when he was only 13 years old, making him the youngest artist ever to top the chart. His music became even more popular in the 1970s with the albums: Singed, Sealed & Delivered, Music of My Mind, Talking Book, Songs in the Key of Life and more. His music has influenced many musicians including: Prince, Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, John Legend, and many more. Stevie Wonder has continued to perform all over the world and is recognized as one of the most influential musicians of our generation.
